You're a great team. Everyone from the front desk staff to the back room staff were well coordinated, professional, efficient, and friendly. I had a check in, breathing treatment, nurse and doctor visit, X-rays, results, visit with the nurse and doctor again all in 1 hr 15 mins. The front desk said good bye and wished me well when I left. I'm stunned really! Best doctor's office visit that I can ever remember because of such a competent staff. I really appreciate the high level of care and it’s a stand out for me. I am hoping I can keep you as my permanent doctor.. Thank you!!

We had an excellent experience at Lake Forest acute care. From the moment we walked in, not only was it a nice environment, but each person greeted us with a smile, and was extra friendly. They got us in quickly and within a short amount of time diagnosed my daughter And figured out what had been going on. They were very thorough and asked a lot of great questions and took excellent care of us. We will definitely be back.

Everyone was fantastic. They were welcoming and pleasant and the atmosphere was relaxed but efficient. Dr. Rubin was absolutely wonderful. She has a caring manner and she actually cared enough to listen to what I had to tell her. Because of her diagnosis and expertise I am now on the mend. If you need medical care I would highly recommend going to this facility. Lake Forest Hospital Acute Care. I did!!!

Family and I have been to Lake Forest Acute care several times. In our experience we were able to get seen quickly, the care was quality, and the billing was appropriate. Recommended.

I have been to this clinic several times over the years both on my own and with others. Sometimes it’s been crowded or late in the day, but I have always found the staff to be attentive, active in their response and accurate in their recommendations. Good place to go when you know you need medical care, but it’s not an emergency!

They never called in my prescription. I called twice on this. The first time they told me it was in the system and to give it a couple of hours to process. I was further advised they were open to 4 and if not processed, to call in again before 4. At 3 pm I called again, they were closed. I still do not have my my prescription called in - this is almost 24 hours later at this point. I still can’t get hold of them or get a return phone call from my voicemail. I’d definitely not recommend this center.

My 5yo came down with a double ear infection at 5:00 in the evening (because of course). After racing around trying to find an open urgent care that would see him, we made it to LFAC 5 minutes before they were set to close. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and got us in and out with a prescription so that we didn't have to wait overnight or go to the ER to be seen! Would absolutely go there again.

The best experience I’ve had living in the area. The staff were all so kind to me and my toddler while I did pre employment testing. They are very child friendly. The front receptionist do very good job. Thank you
